I have an account called CoolBoy on this site. Now I don't like that user name much anymore and I've created another user account called CoolGirl. Is there a way I can bring all my fabulous galleries and stuff from my old account to the new account?

Answer:

In short no. We do not have a function that will move content uploaded by one user to a different user account. This applies to photo galleries, forum posts, shouts, private messages and any other content uploaded by a site user.

As a work around, you can create a link to your new account from within the bio section of your old account.
