When logging in we recommend considering the following tips:

* Type in the password on the login page rather than copying and pasting it from the new password email

* The number one (1) can appear in an email as the letter "L" and visa versa, if your password contains what appears to be a one (1) try the password with a  lowercase L instead.

* Make sure you have caps lock turned off on you keyboard

* The password should contain no spaces

* The password and user name fields are case sensitive; make sure you enter correct lower and upper case combination for your user name & password
